The problem
The Government Broadband Voucher Scheme came with compliance and validation requirements Pine Media had no process for, and no obvious owner across finance, sales and engineering.
What I built
- 01Designed and built the onboarding system, including the compliance and validation steps a claim needs to survive approval.
- 02Coordinated finance, sales and engineering through a process none of them had run before.
Outcome
A repeatable, compliant route to claim approval — an entirely new capability for the business, not just a new form.
